Archives and Special Collections is open by appointment, for in person services to UC Davis students, faculty and staff only. Appointments must be made 72 business hours prior to your visit. Archives and Special Collections welcomes students, faculty, visiting scholars and members of the general public to explore the Library’s rare books and pamphlets, manuscript collections, photographs, the University Archives, and the Map Collection. The Department’s major purposes are to acquire these materials, make them available for use, and preserve their integrity for future generations.
Shields Library is open for UC Davis students, faculty and staff only.
