Ordering Photocopies or Scans from a Finding Aid (OAC)

To request duplication of materials in Special Collections follow these steps:

1. Locate the specific material you want from the finding aid on the Online Archive of California (OAC).

  • Note the following information for manual entry in step 3:

    Collection Name

    Collection Number

    Box/Folder 

2. Log in to your Aeon account to place a new Photoduplication request.

3. Complete the required fields marked with a red asterisk (as well as the box and folder number if applicable).

4. Review the form and select your preferred format for duplication:

  • Photocopy: for paper delivery
  • PDF: for electronic delivery of photocopies
  • JPEG/TIFF: for a high resolution scan(s) for publication or exhibit

5. Check off all boxes that apply in regards to your duplication request (if applicable).

6. To add details, special requests, questions or notes, use the Special Requests/Questions? field. 

7. Click Submit Request.
