Justin Merz is the research support engineer at the library. He provides technical consulting to data management issues and develops applications, both focused on research projects and components that align with the library’s strengths and service vision. Justin has a background in web application development, having previously worked on applications relating to California’s water usage, the nation’s biofuels industry as well as an assortment of GIS-based web applications for projects on campus.
