The mission of Theses Canada is to acquire and preserve a comprehensive collection of Canadian theses at the Library and Archives of Canada and provide access to this valuable research within Canada and throughout the world.As of 2008 there are approximately 300,000 theses and dissertations on microform in Library and Archives Canada’s collection. Of these approximately 50,000 are also available electronically.

North American Women’s Drama includes full text of over 1000 plays, together with detailed information on related productions, theaters, production companies, and more. Approximately 20% of the titles have never been previously published. The collection begins with the works of Mercy Otis Warren and Susanna Haswell Rowson in the colonial period and spans the 19th and 20th centuries to the present.

A searchable, digital edition of the authoritative Dictionary of Canadian Biography. This phase presents persons who died between the years 1000 and 1930 or whose last known date of activity falls within these years.
